Joseph and I had decided to fly into Copenhagen primarily because of the flight cost (i.e. it was cheap -- $730 to be exact). Neither of us were particularly drawn to Copenhagen, but we decided to spend a day there. Copenhagen turned out to be quite the beautiful start to our trip.
We walked and biked around the city and taking in the sights. Copenhagen is a very bike-friendly city.
We made some friends at a local cafe and decided to photograph everybody we met along the trip.
Later that day, we explored the waterfront area and found ourselves in the midst of some celebration for a Danish celebrity.
I definitely want to go back and explore Copenhagen more now.
